Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join their team at their Fort Wayne, Indiana home office. The individual in this role will collaborate with business leaders to achieve strategic initiatives and lead processes that ensure long-term stability as the company continues to grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities within current workflows and work with the development team to create long-term solutions.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with teams to design and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, or technology enhancements.
- Participate in implementing new processes and procedures.
- Clearly communicate technology and workflow changes to various team members.
- Convene and facilitate team meetings to address improvement areas and problem-solve.
- Determine project metrics, and track, monitor, and measure progress and outcomes to optimize workflows.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Experience in process improvement or business process reengineering.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data.
- Expertise in change management with the ability to lead others.
- At least three years of experience in process improvement or a related field.
